Georgia is a ballet dancer originally from Australia. She graduated from Alberta Ballet School Professional Division in June 2024, being awarded the prestigious Alberta Ballet School Ambassador Award. This year she has been completing the Alberta Ballet School Post Graduate Program and has been selected by the Artistic Director Francesco Ventriglia to be a Trainee with the Alberta Ballet commencing in August 2025.
Georgia has received scholarships for Alberta Ballet School for the last two years and in 2023 was given the Alberta Ballet School Dance Award. She also contributes to her school community by teaching several classes within the Alberta Ballet School Open Division.
When training in Australia, Georgia was a member of Ballet Theatre Queensland, Australia’s Premier Youth Company (2020 – 2022), and performed in Cinderella and Coppelia including the soloist role of The Prayer. Additionally, during this time, she performed Czardas lead, Girlfriends, The Step Mother, and Autumn Corps. Her repertoire also includes contemporary and ballet works, such as Raymonda Pizzicato Variation, Les Sylphide, Crystal Fountain Variation, Hero Life and The Raft.
Georgia’s training has been enriched by summer intensives at the Canada National Ballet School, The Australian Ballet School, and the Queensland Ballet Academy. She continues to pursue her artistic journey with passion, exceptional work ethic, and a deep commitment to both her dancing and her teaching.
