The four lessons in Ballet Technique Fundamentals 6 will build upon the learnings from the preceding units in the Fundamentals series.
After completing this unit you will know:
- Battement fondu movement in ballet, which is essentially a Plié on one leg
- the facings of the body, Croisé & Effacé positions
- half of a Rond de Jambe à Terre going from the side to the back; this is also called moving from à la seconde to derrière
- Rond de jambe à terre, going from the back to the front called ‘en dedans’

- Take your time with these lessons to ensure that you have fully mastered each technique
- Watch and dance along with each of the lessons in the unit at least 3 times
- Repeat the Fundamentals 6 Unit Practice at least 3-5 times
