This video shares the warm up the Ballet Jörgen dancers use to get ready for class, rehearsal, and/ or a longer stretching session. This warm up can be used as is or adapted to something that best suits your individual needs. We’ll start by explaining the details for each of the elements that are in the warm-up so you can fully understand the goals and structure of each component.
