Esther began her training at Escuela Nacional Superior de Ballet in Lima, Perú, where she got to participate in several international competitions and festivals such as the International Young Dancers X Festival. She had the opportunity to travel to Mexico and Poland, where she represented the school. After graduating from ENSB, she was hired as a corps de ballet member at Ballet Municipal de Lima. She received a scholarship to study in the Joffrey Ballet School in NYC and studied with recognized teachers such as ms. Gaiane Akopian and ms. Era Jouralev. She then came back to Lima and continued to dance with Ballet Municipal de Lima. She’s had the opportunity to dance various soloist and first soloist roles in big classical productions such as Swan Lake (big swans, Russian dance), Romeo and Juliet (Lady Capulet), Nutcracker (snow queen), Don Quixote (Mercedes), Giselle (Myrtha, Bathilde), among others.
