Geneva holds a BA in International Relations and Public Policy Studies from William Smith College and a Master of Global Affairs from the Munk School at UofT. She is currently the Assistant Manager of Community Engagement at Engineers Without Borders Canada, where she supports the organization’s chapter member network of university students and young professionals through leadership coaching, network-building, and providing access to education around international development issues. In addition to building an ecosystem for these leaders, she also manages a distributed team of volunteers from across Canada who work to leverage network strength and lead local poverty education initiatives in their respective regions.
Outside of the office, Geneva is an assistant coach with UofT’s Varsity Women’s Lacrosse program and the Toronto Beaches Lacrosse Club, as well as an active member of the Longboat Roadrunners running club and a volunteer with Human Rights Watch’s Toronto office. As a former member and captain of the varsity lacrosse programs at both William Smith and UofT, Geneva believes in the importance of access to structured physical activity as a key lifelong opportunity for people of all ages and income levels.
