Julia Germano

Raised in Niagara Ontario, Julia Germano is a contemporary and street style dance artist based
in Toronto Ontario. Julia is currently training at George Brown College in the Commercial Dance
Program. She participated and performed in a show, In Haus, at George Brown College where
she performed pieces, Push and a piece done by Emma Lum-Gerry, former graduate. In the previous
summer, she had worked with Matthew Caesar Crew, Bucc N Flvr dance crew member, to
perform at the Meridian Centre for the Canadian Elite basketball League. Training in the
Commercial dance program, Julia currently works with mentors Cindy Macedo, Nicola Pantin,
Derrick Robinson, Alison Bradley and Jennifer Robichaud in ballet, hip hop, jazz and vocal
lessons, preparing for future experiences in the dance world such as Broadway. Currently, she
is working with Modern dance professional Irma Villefuerte for upcoming show Unleashed with
the George Brown Dance Program. Alongside Irma Villefuerte’s piece, Julia will also perform
Push once again at the Unleashed show in April.
