Originally from Montréal, Québec, Karessann moved to Toronto to pursue a career in professional dance. Karessann graduated from Ballet Divertimento’s professional training program and most recently graduated from the Dance Performance Program at George Brown College. She has performed in collaboration with Reason D’Être at the Contact Dance International Film Festival and participated in Jörgen Dance’s Junior Company Split Program. This Summer she presented her choreography L’envers during Next Stage 2024, George Brown’s Commercial Dance showcase. Karessann is excited and eager for this season of the Human Body Expressions Mentorship Program.
