Lindsay Aquin

Teacher, Hip Hop

Lindsay Aquin is a Canadian based professional dancer, teacher, and choreographer. She is a George Brown College Alumni, receiving both a certificate and diploma in dance and is now currently teaching on faculty in the dance department as well at Sheridan College in the Musical Theatre program.

She is a former member of the Raptors 905 Dance team for their first season in 2015/16. She is also a former member of the Argos A Team cheering in the CFL for the Toronto Argonauts for their 2022 championship year. Lindsay was Captain of the Northside Crew the past 3 years, dancing in the NBA for 7 seasons with the Toronto Raptors and is now the teams Assistant Choreographer.

Lindsay performed in NBA All Star Weekend 2016, NBA Japan Games 2019 and the Toronto Raptors Championship Parade 2019.

Through MLSE Lindsay has also gotten the opportunity to choreograph for the Toronto Maple Leafs Pride Night, Halloween with Carlton The Bear and The Carlton Cubs tribute to Justin Bieber. She also choreographed for their senior dance team for the Toronto Raptors, The Northern Classics.

Lindsay has gotten the opportunity to work with many artists such as, Drake, Deborah Cox, Tory Lanes, New Kids on the Block, Snow, July Black, Mr Vegas, Patrice Roberts, Kevin Lyttle, Simone Denny, Reve, Tyler Shaw, NLE Choppa, Fefe Dobson, Shawn Desman and Priyanka, Season 1 winner of “Canada’s Drag Race.”

Lindsay’s had several diverse opportunities, performing and choreographing in shows and events such as, WWE Summer Slam 2019, Big Tease annual hair show, Candlelight Concerts, The Royal Family Tour, Nelly’s Hot In Herre, SOS Fest, Reggae Fest, Dream Weekend and competed in Los Angeles for WOD 2024. She has choreographed and taught in several dance studios, secondary and post secondary educational arts programs, collaborated with several corporations, as well she has adjudicated all across Canada.

Lindsay has danced and choreographed in commercials, TV shows, music videos, community & charity projects and continues to show her love and passion for dance while always looking for new opportunities and experiences.

Most recently she has launched her new platform MDYR- Make Dance Your Reality. Dance mentorship workshops geared towards pre professional dancers to help guide them into professionals.
