Mackenzie is a current freelance dance professional with a strong background in classical ballet and contemporary dance. She loves to share the beauty and magic of live performance; most recently doing so in Ballet Ouest de Montreal’s latest production of Casse- Noisette. Prior to her move into the Montreal dance scene, she performed with EBB Junior Ballet France in various cities throughout France and Spain. Her training and experience over the last few years has influenced her approach to dance; therefore, she is excited to continue honing her craft and creating with her strengths in both ballet and contemporary. Additionally, her interests in mental performance preparation have led her to start a degree in psychology and she is thrilled to begin pursuing this interest alongside her dance career. She looks forward to being a part of the Junior Company with Ballet Jörgen and is honoured to have the chance to be part of such a renowned program..
