Matthew Bryce was born in raised in Maple Ridge, BC and started his love of dance recreationally at Maple Ridge Dance Circle. He then received his formal training at Alberta Ballet School, where he graduated and went on to complete a trainee position with Alberta Ballet. He began his professional career with a contract at Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida in Miami, FL, before finding a home at Ballet Jorgen. In addition to his work as a dancer, Matt is also a jazz-trained pianist and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in composition for Film, TV, and Games at Berklee College of Music. He’s also a lead stylist at Pomme Salon on Queen West, where he specializes in blonding and colour transformation hair services. Outside of work and school, Matt is a book worm, film addict and nature lover!
