Pascale Prince is currently a Director General at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. Fluently bilingual, Pascale is a seasoned public service executive with over ten years of experience in increasingly senior leadership roles.  

Pascale has focused most of her career on digital service delivery. She has a passion for serving her country and her community. Pascale sat on the Board of Directors of the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign for two years — serving as National Youth Co-Chair for Canada@150. In this capacity, she launched ProjectBe, a fundraising campaign which has raised over $10M for youth causes to date. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Social Planning Council of Ottawa for three years. 

With a passion for dance, Pascale volunteered for the National Arts Centre’s 150 Pointe Tour of Canada which aimed to promote ballet in all regions of Canada. She danced competitively for fourteen years and recreationally as an adult. Pascale volunteers at her daughter’s dance studio which was awarded the top school in Ottawa by Faces Magazine and CTV News last year. In June, she attended Disney’s Dance the World in Orlando Florida with her daughter’s competitive dance team. 

With a background in sociology, Pascale is passionate about youth, the arts, and the human aspect of where public policy and digital service meet. Her freelancing work landed her in Madagascar to help establish its first digital delivery team. Pascale is the recipient of a Public Service Award of Excellence and a leadership award from the Secretary of the Treasury Board.
