Rose Juliette is a passionate dance artist from Montreal, now based in Toronto. She is a graduate of George Brown College’s Dance Performance program, where she completed her education with honours and received the Faculty Award for Excellence for her artistic commitment and performance quality. Rose has performed contemporary works with REAson D’être Dance Company and appeared in Transhumance with Corpus Dance Projects at the JUNIOR Festival. She recently completed a national tour with Ballet Jörgen in their production of Sleeping Beauty, an experience that strengthened her versatility and deepened her understanding of professional touring and repertory work.
Dedicated to continuous growth, Rose has furthered her training through summer intensives, including Arts Umbrella’s International Summer Dance Intensive, where she worked on repertoire from NDT and Ballet BC. She has also collaborated in creative processes with acclaimed Canadian choreographers like Hanna Kiel and Jera Wolfe experiences that have deepened her interest in creation, nuance, and physical storytelling.
In addition to her stage work, Rose is developing her artistic voice through filmmaking. She was recognized with the Emerging Filmmaker Award at the Toronto International Contact Dance Film Festival, reflecting her growing interest in interdisciplinary creation and storytelling through movement.
