Level: Foundation Elementary | Duration: 25 minutes | Equipment required:  Barre, chair, or counter for balance.

This lesson focuses on how to use your head in a full Port de bras and the coordination of the arm, leg, and head in Battement tendu to the front, side, and back. You will learn how to connect the arms, legs, and head in all three directions used every day in ballet class. Practicing this, getting it to feel natural will be a huge boost to your dancing that will make you both more fluid and elegant.
