This lesson focuses on how to execute Port de bras with a bend in the body to the front and to the side. Learning how to control and connect your arms to the rest of your body when you are bending will help you achieve a cleaner and stronger technique. Be sure to understand that the difference between a bend with arms that is a stretch, as opposed to a Port de bras with a bend. It is your arms and head that give that beautiful, finished expression in your dancing.
