This lesson teaches you the various stages of stretching required to prepare your body to eventually execute a front split. The front split helps dancers achieve greater flexibility and is very important in executing a Grand jeté. Even if you have already mastered the front split it is still beneficial to frequently practice these different stretches.
Important: This stretching lesson should only be done after you have already warmed up; deepen your stretches gradually only when your body is ready. Ensure you warm up before starting this lesson.

- How to move through these stages of stretches to help you achieve a full front split
