This lesson focuses on the Rond de jambe with the leg in the air, which is a movement where the leg makes a circle in the air. This movement can be called Rond de jambe en l’air or Grand rond de Jambe en l’air depending on which school you are training in. The Rond de jambe from the front to the back and reverse is designed to help us with our turnout. You need to understand and use this concept properly to keep control of your legs in the air.
