The four lessons in Ballet Technique Fundamentals 5 will build upon the learnings from the preceding units in the Fundamentals series.
After completing this unit you will know:
- Petit retiré, which is the transfer of weight from two feet in to and out of a Cou-de-pied and back to two feet
- Relevés in Cou-de-pied
- Demi-rond de jambe à terre
- moving from Cou-de-pied position through to Petit développé and bringing it back in reverse, called an Enveloppé.

- Take your time with these lessons to ensure that you have fully mastered each technique
- Watch and dance along with each of the lessons in the unit at least 3 times
- Repeat the Fundamentals 5 Unit Practice at least 3-5 times
