The four lessons in Ballet Technique Fundamentals 7 will build upon the learnings from the preceding units in the Fundamentals series.
After completing this unit you will know:
- combining body facings, arms, heads, and Tendus in the centre, and Allongé
- reversing the Rond de jambe à terre, going from the back to the front, which is called ‘en dedans’
- the important connecting step, the Glissade
- Enchaînment (jumps in a sequence), and Gallop and Spring Point
How to get the most from this unit:
- Take your time with these lessons to ensure that you have fully mastered each technique
- Watch and dance along with each of the lessons in the unit at least 3 times
- Repeat the Fundamentals 7 Unit Practice at least 3-5 times
