The five lessons in Ballet Technique Fundamentals 3 will build upon the learnings from the first and second courses in the Fundamentals series.
In Fundamentals 3 you will learn the steps Sustained Relevé, Sous-sus, Soubresaut, Basic Port de Bras with Heads, Basic Coordination of Arms and Legs, Coordination of Arms & Heads in Tendus, and Temps Lié & Temps Lié Glissé,
After completing this unit you will know:
- sustained Relevé, Sous-sus, and Soubresaut
- Port de bras positions with basic head movements
- coordinating Port de bras (arms) with leg movements
- using your head in a full Port de bras and the coordination of the arm, leg, and head in Battement tendu to the front, side, and back
- mastering the Temps liés (also known as linking steps)

- Take your time with these lessons to ensure that you have fully mastered each technique
- Watch and dance along with each of the lessons in the unit at least 3 times
- Repeat the Fundamentals 3 Practice at least 3-5 times
